This individual will perform a variety of duties supporting deposit services.
Responsibilities Greet members and provide them with exceptional member service.
Opening and closing deposit accounts such as, Savings, Checking, IRA's and Certificates of Deposit.
Assist members with completion of loan applications and process applications.
Establish good working relationships with members and co-workers.
Receive and process member service requests and maintaining knowledge of all member service products and services.
Answer phones, provide account histories, transfer funds, research accounts, identify and resolve member issues and cross sell credit union products and services in a fast paced environment.
Hours are:
Monday-Friday 8:
30am-5:
30pm or 8:
45am-5:
45pm when working a teller line with no Saturday hours.
Must have 1-3 years experience in opening and closing accounts, and processing loan applications, and cross-selling products and services.
Bank or credit union experience is preferred and Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
