- Perform accounts receivable duties, including invoicing clients and processing payments - Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Assist with account reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies - Support payroll processing by verifying timekeeping records and assisting with payroll calculations - Demonstrate financial acumen and understanding of key financial concepts - Utilize accounting software (such as Paychex or ADP) to record and track financial transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and statements - Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned Requirements:
