- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned - Provide excellent customer service to patients or clients - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office or receptionist role preferred - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay and benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
