Marketing PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:
Manage a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Threads.
This position requires excellent organization and communication skills as well as social media savvy.
This role requires creativity, storytelling, and an innovative mindset.

Work alongside Senior Social Media Coordinator in collaboration with our Marketing team to create and execute an organic social media strategy focused on donor retention, conversion, and activation.
Plan, write, and schedule content for all platforms.
Monitor the organization's campaigns, activations, and donations to create post content.
Collaborate with partners and staff to ensure that all social media platforms are properly integrated with the website and other related platforms.
Stay up to date with online trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure that best practices are being utilized.
Collect, analyze, and summarize data and prepare reports to evaluate results and effectiveness of social media.
Assist with content for email marketing campaigns as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications (preferred) with 2
years of similar experience required.
Strong copy writing skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and deadline driven.
Demonstrates ability to perform as a team collaborator.
Working knowledge of non-profit marketing, brand management, & professional golf.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier) a plus, but not required.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous social media expereince within the game of golf.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings; ability to travel in/out of state COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
