The tasks, promotion, and pay will continue to grow as we build a great working relationship and as the company has a higher demand.
We currently are located in the Tulsa metro area and are expanding to include retail sales, and another location for installation crews in the Edmond area.
The goal is for every phone call to be answered or returned within a reasonable amount of time.
Appointments scheduled for each customer and optimize the route to make it more efficient for the estimator.
Some days will be busier than other.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls during business hours for a growing and expanding fence installation company.
- Make detailed notes in a customer portfolio software -Update tracking spreadsheets.
- Schedule estimates, route estimators schedule to maximize efficiency.
Skills:
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in calendar management software and phone systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
