Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator position is directly responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives across the organization leading to strengthened brand awareness, and increased community engagement.
Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the high-impact design of flyers, brochures, annual reports and other materials intended for digital or print use.
Demonstrates strong initiative in establishing brand image and marketing materials.
Collaborates with all departments regularly to ensure we're telling our best story.
Intently incorporate A New Leaf clients in the business model and brand awareness.
This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the A New Leaf, Inc.
Essential Functions:
Establish and execute a strategy to build cohesive brand awareness Responsible for leveraging public support to strengthen mission awareness Responsible for marketing efforts in alignment with department and organizational needs for print and digital materials including brochures, flyers, annual reports, infographics, direct mail, etc.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in collaboration with supervisor and department leads Manage brand image/awareness for all divisions within A New Leaf, Inc.
Plan and oversee promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Develop marketing campaigns for new products and services including formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each.
Manage all social media accounts to drive strategy and metrics.
Incorporate A New Leaf clients into the foundation of all business and marketing strategies and daily activity.
Be adaptable to a work environment that is accommodating to people with developmental disabilities.
Create videos to tell the organizations story
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications preferred with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
Strong writer, detail oriented and demonstrates ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Must have experience managing social media platforms and website updates.
