Thermal Spray Support Technician Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Thermal Spray Support Technician.
The technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to the blending and blasting processes that support thermal spray.
This includes operating and maintaining blending and blasting equipment, following safety protocols, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality control.
The role requires attention to detail, adherence to specifications, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications Experience in blending and blasting processes preferred but not required.
Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Familiarity with operating blending and blasting equipment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Electroplating experience is a plus but not required.
Prior experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
This position will also support the packaging and handling of thermal spray parts for shipping and inspection.
