Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property - Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards are met - Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist in lease file management and contract administration - Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue through upselling opportunities - Provide administrative support to the property team - Familiarity with LIHTC compliance and Yardi software is a plus -Manage 30
